Is there anything I need to beaware of when it comes to having a primary and a secondary exchange 2000 servers?
When upgrading a domain from 5.5 to 2000 I know there were some issues with the public folders? Anything similiar with this upgrade?

I browsed thru the bad mail file again in notepad, and found that the ihatespam server software we are using had indeed tampered with the file.

Okay I went into the bad mail folder and did a search for text containing one of the e-mail addresses. Is there a way to view the e-mails from going to bad mail and a way to view them so I know which ones i want to prevent?

There is a utility called Multinetwork manager from globalsoft. I use it to switch from my home domain to work to clients. Pricing isn't too bad for the huge purpose it serves.
