Can no longer backup to Snap Server (post MS Security patches)
Jat, A Snap Server is a network attached storage box. The ones we have run on a proprietary Snap operating system, so the fix I mentioned would only work on Snap Servers. As that fixed our problem I didn't pursue a hotfix to the patch. Sorry I can't be of more help. Jackie- jbsiegel

Someone let us know that the problem was Microsoft Security Patch MS05-011, KB885250. Uninstalling the patch allows the backup to work again.
