What type of phones are you using? If using M3904 model you will only need CTIA adapter. Parts that are needed NTMN71AA70,NTMN70AA70 and NTMN80AA plus serial cable for com port on pc.
For the i2004 phones all call log options (callers,redial and personal directory) are stored on the signaling server.

Check in the mailbox class of service under Max Call Answering Message Length. Make sure that there is enough time in that setting to allow the complete fax to come thru.
