Hi Buckweet No that the thing, there's nothing clever with IP of anything like that. All we do is double jumper on the cabling between the Callmaster and the patch panel. There's digital cards in the Mirra which (I presume) understand DCP. This is how the calls get recorded. For some reason...

Thanks Avayauser. We did have the abrv-dials configured on page 3. This was for a newly installed system though and due to other issues it was rebooted last night. Since the reboot we have been able to use the abrv-prog without any issues!?

Does anyone out there have experience of line side call recording on the Avaya S8300 Media Server platform with IP only handsets? We are looking to set this up (hopefully on our existing Nice Mira 2 call logger) eventually but are worried about how it will handle compression, encrytion etc...
