ok i tryed to remove 98 from the menu but it did,nt work. with out the time to reinstall xp and everthing else that goes with it, this will keep my system safe from others on the web.
can any 1 please send me a copy of the boot ini and what ever other files need to make a xp disk bootable?

sounds to me like ie6 is sick. goto system tools, system info, tools and fix ie6. if that does not work uninstall ie6, go back to 5, upgrade to 5.5 and then to 6. it takes time but should fix the problem better
