Thanks for the reply. I did do a full install however the same problem occured. I uninstalled Access then deleted "Hatten.ttf, Msaccess.exe" I then reinstalled and now have full Access to the database features. Apprciate the response! John B Abbruzzese

The only error message that I receive is that the file cannot be found. I can then open excel and sucessfully open the file. John B Abbruzzese

Yes I did run the repair tool. It seemed to help at first, then the same problem reoccured. I cannot upgrade to IE6. That is not supported at the shop where I am located! Thanks for the options. John B Abbruzzese

There is software that will allow you to logon through DOS and change the password. ERD Commander will allow this. I am not sure where you can obtain this.
