Ghost 9840 cart on Silo drive
Hello, we had issues with a drive unable to dismount a cart, STk came out and fixed the issue, the cart was left outside the silo, we now have a ghost tape on the offending drive anyone know how to get rid of it in ACSLS. Drive is saying 'in use' but there is no cart loaded. 'clear locks'...
