Hi, It happens if sometimes the Registry becomes corrupt. Get a startup disk and choose safe mode command prompt. Run scanreg /restore that is from c:\windows or that would be either in c:\windows\system or c:\windows\command(sorry for that don't remember that) and choose any date listing on...- Jayeshk
