outlook not able to open default email folders
This might sound a bit basic but can you check in Start - settings - control panel - mail - and make sure the Exchange server option is added under services. If so double click it and make sure the server & mailbox name is correct. If not amend and log into Outlook again.- jasonr1

Windows 2000 & 3rd party msi files
We recently had cause to write our own msi files using the Veritas Console software bundled in with W2K CD. The msi file is assigned to a computer and installs and runs fine. Exchange Event ID errors
I have an error whihc keeps appering in my Exchnage Server event log. It is Event ID 17 and says "MDA conect agent 0 reported an internal error" The server is NT4 , Exchange 5.5 ,and InnoculateIT. Any Ideas? Jsaon- jasonr1

Arcserve Bricks Level Backup hangs
We have a problem with our bricks level backup . The Backup will hang backing up the mailboxes . it isn't specific to one mailbox or group of mailboxes. We are running NT4 sp6 , Arcserve 2000 sp2 , and Exchange 5.5 SP4. No errors are flagged , the backup just sits doing nothing. Any ideas...- jasonr1
