External exception C0000025 in CBuild 4
If my program is built with C++Builder 4 runtime packages, it is working very well. If without the runtime packages, the External exception C0000025 will occurs while exiting it. Why? I have already tried any possibilities of options for the C++Builder 4 compiler. Thanks and Best Regards J.H- JasonHua
