    7941 / 7961 Hookswitch Issues

    Thank you whykap, that's exactly what we were looking for. And yes, after comparing the hookswitch mechanism with that of the 79x2 series, it's entirely different. They beefed up the springs on the 79X2 series so it's obvious that there was an issue. Thanks again!
