If the PC's that are getting the blue screen are Windows 2000 PC's and the servers they are connecting to are Windows 2000 servers with the roll up service pack applied that is the problem. I believe they came out with a new service pack roll up, if not there are patches from Citrix that fix...
Search Microsoft Tech net for this problem. It is a known problem with W2K. I don't know why your user can't connect, I would not think this would cause a problem but you never know.
