    Never mind.. Found the problem. The user was using a 2008, and when her set was switched over to an ACD set, we gave the user a 2616, and programmed it from scratch. I forgot to out her old phone, so the user's ext was MARP'ed on the old set.

    Well no actually. They are ACD sets, and they do have seperate extensions, but they are their own numbers, and they do not appear on any other phones.

    Greetings all... We recently put another dept at our facility on Symposium. Naturally all of the affected phones (all 2616's) have been changed over to ACD sets.     I like the CLID table idea. Is that a somewhat simple thing to do ? How can I define a number to send out in the CLID table ?

    Thanks for all the help. I don't get it... I will try the firmware download for the 3904's, but the 2616 and 2008 phones are setup using OTM. There's templates made that include all the caller ID stuff so when we add phones, we just add the SCR's. It's not the displays. CNDA is allowed, TDD is...

    Hi all... We have an Option 61 system with a mix of 2616, 2008, and 3904 phones. Some people only see the ext number on the caller ID screen when recieveing a call, where everyone else see's the name as well. Does anyone know what class of service affects that ?
