Hi, Can Openphone 27, be remotely programmed on Mitel 3300 without engineer being on site, what we are finding that every time a replacement phone is sent to customer, we also have to dispatch engineer so he can reprog on site. If we can dial-in remotely and reprog it would help, but don’t know...- jamsahib
