Hi all, I am running VMWARE ESX, I have MS Server 2003 running but when I select Connect at Power On Floppy on my Win XP image, It seems to go through all the motions like finds the cd but then just black screens and does nothing... If anyone has any ideas they are more then welcome... Thanks...
