I have a surcharge set up to handle a tourism fee. It is supposed to be 1% of the total of the check. Currently it is only charging the 1% on net sales. Is there a setting to include the sales tax in the calculation? If not, what is the best way to accomplish this? Thanks.

In the tmp folder there should be a file called debout.svr. It should help with why you are getting the error. Most common issue is some files may not be registered properly or issue with the security key.

It seems that the Paychex export file that is a part of Aloha is not designed for the Paychex Preview software. Has anyone set up Aloha to integrate with Paychex Preview? Is there another export file that will work?

I may be a little late for this issue, but here is how to upgrade the delivery database. Open the Database Utilities from the main menu. Move your mouse pointer over version number, then right click while holding down the shift key. Upgrade should start automatically. Little known secret.

The fixed was released in 5.3.17. No longer an issue for us.

The issue was not naming tabs, it had to do with using the TSButton.cfg. Aloha identified the problem and has fixed it. I was told that a fixed release was coming. No date given. Check with Radiant or reseller for details of when fix will be available.

We are having the same problem. We switched to Keyboard and seems to be working ok. We have a call open with Radiant to research this issue.
