    Need HELP with Indesign export to .PDF quality

    What I'm trying to do is create a template in photoshop (which I've done) open that template in Indesign and ad tables to it (which i've done) then export the finished document to .PDF. My problem is when i export all lose all quality and clarity of my images and text.??? i dont understand why...
