My client is running Win 98 & outlook 2000 When he prints an email message it appears in the center of the page (very large margins on either side) It also appears in green ink ( a red or shoudl I say green herring I think)

Have you tried using the column property of the list box?
Use the code:
Me.{name_of_listbox}.column(1)
which should give the value on the second column (listboxes are zero based)
You can then assign the value to a hidden bound textbox or fire it through SQL.

The combo control only displays the first visible field after selection. One way to get both names showing is to concatenate them into one field inside your SQL statement in the row source.
