Error 1719 when trying to install Norton 2003
When I try to install Norton Antivirus 2003, I recieve an error saying "error 1719. the windows installer service could not be accessed. this can occur if u are running windows in safe mode, or if the windows installer is not correctly installed." I have no clue what the problem is...- Jablo
