I guess i am getting a little behind, thats ok even if you go in through a pty you should still be able to acess ptd i believe, if not then it is a mute point. I would give it a shot and see what happens
you can overflow by time or ovth which is the number of calls in que, if set to 0 calls will overflow to the target acd que when all agents are busy, interflow you can also do by the number of calls but not to an acd group it has to be a phone or cdp.
yes you have to log into the ssc on the mg, if memory serves me correctly you can have tty's programmed to access it, and if it is #1 mg it will be 3,4,5, you should be able to access pdt from any of those.
I have a sccs 5.0 at site A, a sccs at site B, and a sccs at site C, the issue is that when you call in on a 1800# to site A the call overflows to site B or C just fine to any available agent in the skillsets at those sites, BUT when you call internally 5 digits to the cdn at site A it will only...
Even though i disagree with the setup you should not have any issues on a different subnet and different node because the sets are told which server to register too so they should not conflict. Good luck .
I have a SCCS 5.0 with 3 supervisors, one of them has built a lot of custom reports, most of the reports print on schedule every monday at 9:30am, there are 4 reports that are unscheduled and are only quarterly reports but they print every monday anyways.
that depends, there are 2 options, either you have too many configured in the pbx reporting to max or you have to drop the hsl and bring it back up, do an slt and see how many agents are programmed then compare to max on how many are allowed.
