I had this same problem. I did a "Detect and Repair..." under help menu and that fixed the problem. Hope that helps.

How can I stop a user getting admin credential when the user logs on?

additional info: on session in computer management: this computer is logon as administrator and not the user's credential. How can I make that when she logs on that she will have her credentials and not the administrator's?
