    thx, but these issues have been considered, the user was made admin equivalent to rule out rights the TID is the doc i used, but some things don't hold true e.g. you're not asked for the path when u 'Open backup' ??????

    how long does an external email take to send?

    Oue emails to external accounts seem to take a v long time to get delivered, is there a good way of monitoring these? and can they be speeded up? thx BTW, using GW 6
