The reason that it is asking for the guest account is because it realizes that the account you logged on to the other computer with is not recognized by the XP computer. I agree with the TravTrav. Check the Veritas job log again the errors will be indicated by by carrots (^^^^^) usually before and after the error message. It may not necessarily say error.
