Most likely it's a WELL modem and you should be able to find suitable driver here: http://www.wellmodem.com.tw/support/driver_datalist.php check the CONNEXANT chip and use the numbers and specs on the chip to find the exact modem (or at least a driver that's workable). good luck Ivanhoe
