    hello i cannot seem to get my pole display to work correctly. i have used some of the preset options the only one that seems to work is the minitrobix 2x200 option but i doesn't display the items and is cutoff . is there a special driver or another option to make this work correctly .

    I'm running the most current version of aloha, credit cards process super fast through internet but when i run aloha loyalty cards they take up to a minute to process, is this normal or should they be processing as fast as credit cards?

    is there any way to make a message screen pop up when a server hits the print check button in aloha, i would like this feature if possible to alert/remind servers when they print check to make sure everything has been added to the check coffee , tea, soft drinks etc.

    Sometimes when the internet goes down edc transaction fail to initialize, how can i make it so that when the internet goes down edc goes into spool down automatically. Sometimes i am not in the location and have to tell the manager to stop ddc processing from the back of house.

    I just upgraded a thermal printer on 1 terminal from a tm-88iii to a tm-88v i hooked it up and got it working but it is still printing slow, how do i update the driver ? where do i install the driver? BOH or on the terminal and how. or is there any way to make the printer print faster.

    Hello all I currently have a kitchen printer at on end of the bar i want to add another printer on the other end of the bar printing the same.My question is can i do this by using a cat 5 splitter and running two printers that way? or can i use a switch? 2ply paper is not an option i want to use.

    How can i use a bitmap logo on an item i create. Example i created a pepsi button how can i put the pepsi logo on that item. i can find all the logos in the bmp file i just cant figure out how to assign them. thank you
