    Phaser 8560 Ink...

The electronics counts sticks used in the ink loader. Cut them down makes them too small to count and it keeps requesting more ink. It's not Xerox's fault when someone bypasses sensors.

    Xerox 8200 error 04,013.43

Try to manually tilt the printhead. And proceed through the whole motion cycle--forward and back. Look on the left side of the machine where the big head tilt gear is. This gear has an un-toothed section that you got to rotate past, or sometimes unlock. If you can manually tilt the...

    Xerox Phaser 7700 error 15

If the clutch 116-1539-00 doesn't solve it, then it probably is the Black Developer, or the ATC Sensor which is part of it. Occaissionally a bad Developer Motor or Image Drum Motor can give the same result. Whit Item, Inc.

    Phaser 8550 ghosting problem

The camshafts are a good bet 020K14800 and 008K02160. You can only verify the crack by taking them out of the chassis. Even minor cracks are a growing problem. Whit Item, Inc.

Phaser 7760 not accepting 100 MI Laser transparency

    7700 Polygon Motor

The polygon motor is part of the laser scanner assembly 116-1110-00. If you get that error code, it usually is accurate. The laser originate the image pattern, so if it doesn't work...you get nothing. It is essential to getting any print. You will need to buy a scanner, and then do Regicon...

PHASER 850DP PART NUMBER - JAM DETECTOR?

The lower tray is probably fine. It may be the paper pick clutch 401-0808-02, which is pulling from both trays at once.

Don't worry about it. They work fine interchangeably in all cases.

    Tek 850 with 22,511 error

I am a technician and keep running into this error on Tek 850's. I replaced the upper feed sensor 351-1106-00, and it still doesn't work. The same printer jams from the manual feed 22,411. I've changed a few other parts, like the DM clutch, but all with no fix. I have not figured this one yet.
