    ok here is the quote I just received from my provider. $1400 plus install for 16 licenses. Is that correct, since I am adding 16 more phones? The 8 left will be occupied as well. The price seems enormous. Is there a way for me to kill the install fee by doing it myself?

    Does anyone have a script for procomm to capture the data? I was able to understand what you all have been telling me. When I hook my terminal to port 2; I now have streaming data. Thanks for clearing that up everyone. Now if I can get it into this excel file, I'll be golden.
