You need the application Voice Announcement Over LAN Manager. Announcement recordings must have the following parameters: CCITT A-law or Mu-law Mono 8 Khz sample rate 8 bit resolution The name of the announcement must not have spaces. Ex:"CLIENT_TO_IVR"- ischadia
