My Backup keeps failing. I am using Veritas 7.3 SBS on NT SBS 4.5

This is what I am trying to do.
I have a DID that should go directly to voicemail. I created a mailbox, activiated it. (it does not have a phone assigned to it). I created a Greeting table and assigned a CCR Table to it.
When I tested this (afterhours) it kept going to the general mailbox...
We have had a co trunk setup for over a year. On Monday we started to have problems. We have to dial a number 2 or 3 times before it connects. When it does not connect we get dead air.
The only major change we have made recently to the G3v6i is enabling outbound caller ID on our ISDN Trunk...
I just enabled outbound caller id on my pri
i.e.
Outgoing Display: y
Send Calling Number: y
Send Connect Number: y
Send UUI IE: y
Send UCID: y
Send Codeset 6/7 LAI IE: y
I also updated the ext with ch isdn pub
My Problem is that since I have done the changes, when we dial a phone number from...
the call-pkup button is not lighting up when a call is sent to the call-pkup group...If you click on the button it picks-up the call, but you do not have any visual indication of the call...Does anyone know why this is happening.

We have 100 DID's that are answered by attendants from 9-5 and after 5 we need to send these DID's to the individuals extension voicemail (100 different extensions). What is the best way to do this. The routing table in audix can only hold 20.

Sorry I was not clear.
I have ext A, the light is always on and there is no messages in the mailbox for ext A. I suspect that there is an ext using ext A as a covering extension. How can I figure out which st is pointing to Ext A.

I have an extension with message light always on...How can I find out which voice mail is pointing to that ext. without going through all 200 extensions?

What is the best way to set up night service - I have about 20 numbers that are anwered by the receptionist during the day, but at night I need them to go to 20 different extensions - any suggestions.

All calls are routed through trunk Group xx. When I display Trunk xx it shows - send calling number: n. However the number is still displaying on the caller ID. Does anyone have any suggestions on what else I can do to prevent the outgoing number from displaying on the caller ID. BTW using G3v6
