    Using IPO R9, got T1 direct to extension 769 in incoming call route, customer need a feature when any internal extensions call 769 will redirect outside a mobile number. Seems extension number >> shortcode....how can i trick IPO to do.... Anyone can help? cheers

    recently using IPO R9.0082, IP 500v2 with T1 card, shortcode: 11N feature: dial Number: 0060N When i try to call 1186755123456 from extension, it dial 006086755123456. It works fine for my customer. But when i look into SMDR output, it shows 1186755123456 only. I can't see 006076755123456...
