Hi, The reason that you are unable to pick up the CLI or DNIS is that they are not supplied inband with DS1FD. To get the CLI or DNIS you need to get them via Converse Step. For info goto: http://periscope.us.nortel.com/ts/telephony/switches/g3-setup.html- ipml
