Hi Haleon, davidmichel, hi everybody, If you are running W2K or XP: - Alt-Ctrl-Del/Task Manager button/Process tab/ you should see the asrunjob.exe process; read its PID - Start/Run/type "kill (pid)" without the quotes and replacing pid by the number read HTH Have a good day, Gérard from...- ipl001
