Mark, Even though I'm logged on as the Administrator I can't edit the Password Policy. It's greyed out.

Technome: I think that is closer to what I'm looking to do. If I understand it correctly that would mean that after I boot the server, there is no initial logon. I sorta want that, but NOT the bloody "COMPUTER LOCKED" after inactivity.

I tried that Power Options without any luck. I have them set to never.
