    Date field changed

But in using the createdate, I'm limited to the header and footer.. This needs to be as in a date field for a memo document. Is it possible to use this field somehow outside of a header or footer?

    Date field changed

Thanks for your response, but I'm afraid that didn't quite answer the question. Okay, so if date field is the CURRENT date, and I can understand that... then how would one be able to cause today's date to appear for the generation of the memo, and then lock from being changed when saved as a...

Windows xp pro will not load (beyond the winxp logo)

Something else to look at - When the monitor changes to amber, does the PC continue to run? or does it appear to go to sleep? (blinking power light etc) If the machine appears to continue to run, it could be a problem with the video driver/graphics card. Try booting to the startup (F8...

    WinXP Shutdown Command -

So would I have to do that on the offending machine or on the machine subject to the shutdown? I guess the bigger question is, When someone issues the shutdown command from computer "A" to computer "B" is he actually executing the shutdown command on computer "B" ??
