    Remote Desktop connection failing

    I've gotten that message for several reasons: 1. My VPN wasn't set up correctly 2. The Remote computer was down 3. My Internet connection was off 4. I was trying to connect from a hotel and couldn't get through their firewall. Don't know if that helps
