bump! i'll appreciate very much if any one of you guys can solve the same problem as above? this is what's happening to mine if you set the copies to 2: -in one printer it would print 4 copies -in another it would print only one, no matter how many you copies you set it the crystal report...- ilya17

thanks for replying so soon, synapse don't know what version as it's only imbedded in our dot net environment. but the databased used is sql server, and the connectivity is OLE DB(ADO). i'm not really familiar with this stuff. anyway, we login at the start to access the database application...- ilya17
