    The solution is roaming profiles won't work the solution was local profiles. This is down to the size of the voice training files being excluded from being copied back to the server via a GPO and the fact you cannot use the same voice profile on a different sound chipset.

    Had this problem on a few Dell Servers, updating the firmware on the PERC controller and tape device seemed to sort it. Not much to go on but it might be a good start if you haven't already tried updating the Assay/SCSI Devices Firmware. TTFN, TC
