The solution is roaming profiles won't work the solution was local profiles.
This is down to the size of the voice training files being excluded from being copied back to the server via a GPO and the fact you cannot use the same voice profile on a different sound chipset.

I've upgraded my RAID 5 from 3 disks to 4 due to capacity issues.
The Migration in IBM ServeRAID has completed succesfully.
However there is no additional disk space showing in W2K Advanced Server (SP4) Disk Management.

Is your tape device on the RAID controller or the Adaptec SCSI card 39160 - Ultra 160 SCSI?
If it's on the Adaptec SCSI card 39160 - Ultra 160 SCSI then updating the firmware won't harm it and may sort out the problem.
What tape device are you using?
On a more depressing note on some of our...
Had this problem on a few Dell Servers, updating the firmware on the PERC controller and tape device seemed to sort it.
Not much to go on but it might be a good start if you haven't already tried updating the Assay/SCSI Devices Firmware.
