    Users are NOT logging off, keeping their licence open

    Have you install the latest fix? I think I've seen a issue like that on crystal support site. Also you can manually release the licences; shutdown the WCS and the APS, then restart them.

    Tested CE10 no my PC, now installed it on a server with some problems!

    I had issues like that with CE9. The Web server is able to serve the .html pages, but not the .csp ones. Make sure the accounts used by IIS have r-x rights on the component wcsisapi.dll.
