Check the field "owner" of your connection document, it's a author field. If the user, or a group including the user, or a role given to the user, is not in the field, he cannot edit the document.

Hi thank you forthis answer. I checked the different *.id in the server's notes.ini they exist in the correpsonding path \\Server\Lotus\Domino and the names.nsf file is in the \\Server\Lotus\Domino\Data path too. There is only one names.ndf on the server, right ?
