Check your Inactivity timeout setting (General group settings). If this setting is not zero, backups that exceed the inactivity timeout will give the "Attempting a kill on remote save" symptoms. Backups that finish within this period run fine. As far as I'm informed, the only...- idema

We have the same problem with Networker 5.7. The problem only occurs on clients with multiple interfaces. A soon a the backup time exceeds the configured inactivity timeout, the save process is killed. It seems to be a bug in Networker, but our reseller hasn't been able to confirm this yet. For...- idema
