OK Guys A quick update.... the caps were green my provider refused to replace for free. Purchased a new BFT (from a different vendor)and install yesterday, worked and now hopefully upgrading the software

If you mean switching the fibre cable for the trunk port, no that I have not done as yet (trunk module has to stay on port 8) I will try that tomorrow as well before I do the restart

OK here is an update Finally ordered a new 6 port fibre card and changed one of the combo cards That did not work (tried combo card in both slot 1 and 2) Only thing left to try is a back up and restart
