Hi, anyone help? I am working in Windows XP and using Office 2003 and have a problem. If I CRTL,ALT and Down Arrow my screen becomes inverted and the mouse works in the opposite direction to that which it is supposed to. Have I caught a virus or is there another expanation? Thanks Ian Smith...

I need to be able to link information from one page that will automatically populate fields in a letter. ie. Page one has spaces for name, address, age etc. This information will then populated the relative fields in a pre-written letter, which can then be printed with all the blank fields...

Naith I've solved it myself. I have replace your then and else values with cryellow and crwhite which works a treat. Thanks for your help
