As far as I am aware you can only upgrade to Rls 5 (or higher) Rls 3 was only for 50,200,400 systems. In fact I had to upgrade to 3 in order to upgrade to 5 as there was no direct migration path from 1 to 5. I have just completed the exercise for some of our systems.
