Thanks for the info. So it looks like my only choices are to send to the operator (0), go to the general voicemail, or disconnect. Is there no way to send to a specific extension instead of the operator? The documentation looks like the answer is no, just checking if there is some kind of...
Running Merlin Legend System with Merlin Mail. I run two businesses at the same office, with two separate autoattendants. The first autoattendant is quote complex, with several extensions and actions, and a dedicated operator. I am trying to set up the second autoattendant, which is much...
Very strange and sudden problem here. My WRT54G router just completely stopped working after functioning perfectly for months. I have tried the full reset of the device, and I know that it is still broadcasting an SSID, because my PowerBook picks up the "linksys" default name. I cannot...
Franke-
For what it is worth, tranfers directly to vm on 10 worked perfectly for about 2 months, so I not not clear on how something could get bumped out of its proper programming.
Could you walk me through how to verify that the extension is in the vm cover group?
Chcoale- I will verify the...

Any thoughts on this?
Sounds like option 2 or 3 is what I am looking for. I am looking to put a button on the operator console only that, when activated, forwards direct calls to the "10" extension to 11, 17, and 13.
I am not familiar with adjunct extensions, so I am trying to find the easiest way to do...
Turns out that the "LS Reliable Disconnect" feature was set to "OFF". Made that change, so hopefully that problem is solved.
Thanks as well for the additional information. These are not critical issues, so I can deal with them as users get more comfortable with the system. I...
Looks like everything is working now. I have tested pretty extensively and it looks OK. I have a couple of other questions for you if you don't mind.
Is it normal for calls that come in to the voicemail system to tie up the line that they came in on for 30-45 seconds at a time? It looks like if...
