In the interim I was thinking I should ghost the drive but I have never ghosted a SCSi drive that is set as a dynaic drive in Windows. Will that work?

I have a failed mirrored
scsi drive. The other drive took over ok once I removed the failed drive. My question is can I replace that drive with any type of drive and size or does it have to be
scsi and the same size?
