Firewall issue- usually- RTP ports. You may need to disable SIP ALG on router. One other thing you could try- turn off Allow Direct Media Path on Extension- VOIP tab.
I agree with tlpeter, but they are supported on one server, with limitations.

You only need an Avaya IP Endpoint license? In the application notes it shows it needs a 3rd Party Endpoint license.
