Blank Desktop
Had the same problem as you, only one user created on system and no desktop (icons / taskbar) when restarted. Recreating user didn't help, reapplying Service Pack 3 didn't do anything either, already had NAV2003 fully updated and doing full system scans for viruses every 12 hours since 2 months...- hxm13
