It seems a program is taken more time that it really needs to close. Did you check the Task Manager (Ctrl-Alt-Del, Task Manager). Befores this, did you install a program or something like that?
Two days ago a couple of users notified me that they can not print their faxes opened from the Windows Fax and Picture Viewer application anymore. Nevertheless, any other job can be printed. After print wizard, printer eject a blank page and still on-line. What can be happening?
Thanks Wolluf! It seems something in the OS original installation (from restore CDs) was blocking logon. I solved it re-installing from a OEM copy and everything is OK. For future references: Notebook Toshiba Satellite 2400 S521.

Some Compaq's models requires an upgrade to prevent this messages. Take a look to your MB's manufacturer in order to see if you need a similar solution
