That's the way it was setup originally. It stopped taking slips when I set one to unsuitable.

I have had a couple of Magix systems now experiencing the same problems and was wondering if you guys had seen this as well. Customer complaints of a couple of phones making several audible "pops" when idle then they just die...no date/time can't make or receive calls, just a flashing MWI. Ports...

There are other ways to reset the vmail admin password other than blowing out all of your programming. Get a technician to your site.

Can you just put the calls on hold?
