Chael,
Are you saying that if I use the same prompt in two reports contained in a document, I will only be prompted one time for the two reports?

Wondering if someone can give me detailed descriptions / contents of TNSNAMES.ora and SQLNet.ora files....or please point me in the right direction to finding descriptions. I've tried finding some information on the Oracle Website, but have been unable to locate any.
Thx in advance.

Thanks for your responses.
FLB - I cannot see the hyperlink when I run the Document in Desktop, and also am not able to see it in MSTR Web(asp).
There is a hyperlink at the bottom of the Document that brings me to RebuildReport.asp. but I believe that this link shows up by default.

When I create a document with a report in it, and 'insert a hyperlink' into the document, I cannot see the newly inserted hyperlink when I access the document via Web Universal.
Any ideas as to why? Is there a view hyperlink setting in Web Universal?
Thanks,

In graph titles and labels, is there a macro that can show the value of a date that was chosen in a prompt? Something like %%REPORTNAME%%?.
Thanks,

Does anyone have advice on how to:
Create a prompt that shows only the valid or existing 'transaction dates' for a given 'Company' which has been chosen in a previous prompt?
Can this be done?
Thanks for your input.

If I create a report with only an attribute on it (i.e. Company) and add a filter to the report that is for one company (i.e. Johnny Lightening's Kayac's), the report shows only Johnhy Lightening's, which is what I expect. Then I add a metric to the report, and looking at the SQL, I see that...
When I try to create a report in MSTR Web Design Mode for blank report, the filters that I have created do not show up in the Report Objects box? All of the metrics and attributes do show.....???
Thank you for any help,
hoohay
